How to Apply

Instructions
Parents must agree to the Dreamers Academy Admissions Policy before enrollment. By signing your application for admission, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. All required application forms, supporting documents, and fees must be submitted to the Admissions Office within six weeks of the initial application.

Principles
Dreamers Academy serves the educational needs of a diverse and globally-minded community. Admission is open to students who, in the school’s opinion, will benefit from a rigorous, inclusive, and innovative education that prepares them for higher learning and a life of purpose, growth, and contribution.

Dreamers Academy welcomes students whose academic, personal, social, and emotional needs can be supported by the school’s programs and services. Together with their families, students are expected to actively engage with the Dreamers Academy community and embrace its values and philosophy.

In the event that there are more applications than spaces available, the school reserves the right to determine admissions priorities at its discretion.

The Learning Support Program at Dreamers Academy can accommodate a limited number of students requiring additional assistance. If external services such as assessments, therapy, or tutoring are necessary, these will be arranged and financed by the parents.

Decisions regarding grade placement, promotion, retention, and continued enrollment at Dreamers Academy are made based on the student’s age, development, and performance. While parental input is valued, the school reserves the right to make final decisions. Grade and course placements are based on prior academic records and, where necessary, placement test results. Re-enrollment is contingent upon satisfactory academic performance, positive behavior, and adherence to school values.

Additional Support
Students receiving additional support will undergo periodic reviews to assess their progress and determine whether Dreamers Academy can continue meeting their needs. These reviews are conducted by a team that may include the Principal, Learning Support Coordinator, counselor, and classroom teacher. All students receiving learning support will have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) reviewed annually.

Withdrawal and Re-enrollment
Dreamers Academy reserves the right to withdraw, refuse re-enrollment, or cancel admission if:

• The student’s needs exceed what the school can reasonably support.
• The student’s behavior negatively impacts the school community.
• Educationally significant information is withheld from the school.
• School fees or other financial obligations are not met in accordance with school policies.
• Parents/guardians act against the values and policies of Dreamers Academy.
• The student or family does not adequately integrate into the Dreamers Academy community.

Application Requirements
All applications are reviewed once the required documentation and application fee are submitted. Grade placement decisions consider the student’s age, previous performance, and development. To ensure a balanced student body, factors such as gender, nationality, first language, and learning support needs may also be taken into account.
