Dreamers Academy functions as a social enterprise school governed by a committed Board of Trustees made up of volunteers. Their key responsibility is to steer the school's strategic direction, carefully chosen for their diverse skills and dedication to fulfilling the school's mission.
The Director is a non-voting member of the Board and an ex officio member of all committees.
The Director is appointed by the Board and has full operational control of Dreamers Academy, assisted by the Leadership Team, which consists of the Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Director, the Principals of the Lower, Middle and Upper Schools, and the Directors of Community Relations and Student Life.
